Alain Raemy, LL.M.

Alain Raemy’s work covers the fields of corporate transactions, competition law as well as general contract law for Swiss and international corporate clients. He has particular expertise in network-based industries and technology matters.

Alain Raemy graduated from the University of Fribourg (1991, licentiate) and the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium (1995, LL.M.). He worked two years in a French language law office and as an intern in a major U.S. law firm. Alain Raemy was admitted to the bar in 1994 and joined CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd in 1995. Since 2001 he is a partner of our company.
