In her practice Aline Wey Speirs focuses on domestic and international litigation and arbitration. Apart from representing clients in litigious cases, she renders advice in general commercial and employment law matters.
Aline Wey Speirs has graduated from the University of St. Gallen in 2002 and was admitted to the bar in 2005. After completing her studies she worked for several years as a law clerk at the District Court of Horgen. Since 2006 she is an associate judge of the District Court of Horgen, dealing mainly with commercial and family law. She joined our company in 2006 as an associate. |
