Dr Axel Buhr is a member of the dispute resolution team of CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd.
Axel Buhr studied law at the University of Heidelberg (Germany) where he graduated from university in 2003 by taking the 1st State Examination of Baden-Wurttemberg. After his traineeship ("Referendariat") at the district court of Constance (Germany), he passed the German bar exam in 2005 (2nd State Examination). In 2009 Axel Buhr was admitted to the German bar. Since January 2010, Axel Buhr is registered with the list of the Canton Zurich as permanently in Switzerland practicing EU/EFTA lawyer (Art. 28 BGFA).
From 2006 to 2009 Axel Buhr worked as a scientific assistant for Prof. Dr. Andreas Furrer and Prof. Dr. Daniel Girsberger at the University of Lucerne with a focus on private international law. Since 2009 Axel Buhr holds a doctorate in law from the University of Lucerne ("summa cum laude").
In November 2009 Axel Buhr joined our company as an associate. |
