On January 1, 2009 CMS von Erlach Henrici is pleased to announce the appointment of two new partners – Dr Hans-Jürg Schürmann (joining from Schürmann und Partner) and Dr Stephan Werlen.
Hans-Jürg Schürmann focuses primarily on commercial matters and also handles complex commercial litigations and arbitration proceedings.
Stephan Werlen works in the corporate and the banking & finance team since he joined CMS von Erlach Henrici in 2003. |
