Christian Gersbach focuses on real estate & construction law, employment law and dispute resolution.
Christian Gersbach graduated magna cum laude from the University of Zurich in 2001. During his law studies, he spent one academic year at Université François Rabelais in Tours, France, where he focused on International and European commercial law. He was admitted to the bar in 2004. In addition, he served from 2001 until 2005 as an ordinary judge with a part-time workload at the District Court of Aarau, where he mainly focused his practice on civil law and on bankruptcy law. In 2006/2007, he completed postgraduate studies at New York University in New York with the LL.M. diploma and worked as a foreign associate in a major New York law firm. Christian Gersbach joined our company in 2004 as an associate.
