Dr Clemens von Zedtwitz focuses on civil, arbitral and administrative proceedings in heavily regulated sectors (insurance, energy and telecom). In addition, he lectures at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich in the field of technology law, contracts and torts as well as insurance law.
Clemens von Zedtwitz holds a degree (Dr. iur.) from the University of St. Gallen and a postgraduate degree (LL.M.) from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). In 2006/07 he stayed as a Visiting Scholar and Guest Lecturer at UCLA. Clemens von Zedtwitz joined CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd in 2003 as trainee and works now as an associate. He is admitted to all Swiss bars.
