Dr Clemens von Zedtwitz focuses on civil, arbitral and administrative proceedings in heavily regulated sectors (telecom, energy, and health care), EU and Swiss competition law. In addition, he lectures at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich in the field of technology law.
Clemens von Zedtwitz holds a degree (Dr. iur.) from the University of St. Gallen and a postgraduate degree (LL.M.) from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). In 2006/07 he stayed as a Visiting Scholar and Guest Lecturer at UCLA. Clemens von Zedtwitz joined CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd in 2003 as trainee and works now as an associate. He is admitted to all Swiss bars. |
