Daniel Burkhard's practice focuses on banking, finance and capital markets law. His areas of expertise also include corporate law as well as mergers and acquisitions.
He studied law at the Universities of Zurich (Switzerland) and Paris Ouest (France) and graduated in 2006. In 2007 Daniel Burkhard served as a law clerk at the Court of Appeals in Aarau. Subsequently, he joined CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd as a junior associate.
In 2010 Daniel Burkhard was admitted to the bar and rejoined our company as an associate in the same year.
