Denise Mathieu’s main practice areas are trademark, design and domain-name prosecution and administration, including the filing of national and international applications and the monitoring of trademarks and designs. She also conducts and analyzes searches in these areas. In addition, she advises clients on trademark strategies and on the enforcement of national and international trademark portfolios.
She graduated from the University of Zurich 2001 (lic. iur.). She worked with a leading law firm in Zurich for five years before joining CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd in 2007 as a Trademark Lawyer.
