Hans Wille, Fürsprecher, M.C.L.

Hans Wille advises Swiss and international clients in the fields of corporate law (including M&A), banking, stock exchange and capital markets law as well as distribution and contract law. Hans Wille also represents clients in litigation matters and is active as arbitrator or counsel in national and international arbitration proceedings. Moreover, Hans Wille acts as a director for several companies in Switzerland.

Hans Wille obtained his Swiss law degree from the University of Berne and was admitted to the bar in 1973. He also got a Master of Comparative Law (M.C.L.) degree from the University of Michigan, U.S.A. Hans Wille has been a partner with CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd since 1981.
