Hans Wille advises major Swiss and international clients who do business in Switzerland. Hans Wille is chairman of the board of BHP Billiton Marketing AG and director in various other companies. His main areas of practice are M&A and corporate transactions, banking and finance, insurance, telecommunications and litigation/arbitration.
Hans Wille obtained his Swiss law degree from the University of Berne and was admitted to the bar in 1973. He also got a Master of Comparative Law (M.C.L.) degree from the University of Michigan, U.S.A. Hans Wille has been a partner with CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd since 1981.
