Dr Jodok Wicki focuses on dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration as well as insurance law, civil law, corporate law and banking & finance.

Jodok Wicki graduated from the University of Zurich in 1992 and was admitted to the bar in 1994. He has written his doctoral thesis on market making and price manipulation of own shares of listed stockbrokers (Market Making und Kurspflege kotierter eigener Aktien durch Effektenhändler). He joined Henrici, Wicki & Guggisberg, Zurich, in 1993. In 1996 and 1997 Jodok Wicki worked as a foreign associate with Kronish, Lieb, Weiner & Hellmann in New York as well as with Hunt & Hunt Lawyers in Sydney before returning to the Zurich office and becoming a partner in 2000.
