Dr Jonas Bornhauser is a member of the IP & Licensing group of CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd. His practice mainly focuses on intellectual property and unfair competition law.
Jonas Bornhauser studied law at the University of Zurich (Switzerland) where he graduated in 2002. After a traineeship as attorney trainee he was admitted to the bar in 2009. From 2001 to 2002 Jonas Bornhauser worked as legal research assistant for Prof Dr Reto M. Hilty at Swiss Federal Institut of Technology Zurich and from 2003 to 2004 as legal research and teaching assistant for Prof Dr Hans-Ueli Vogt at University of Zurich with focus on intellectual property law. In 2009 Jonas Bornhauser promoted at the University of Zurich (magna cum laude) and his doctoral thesis has been published in the Swiss PhD-series SMI ("Schriften zum Medien- und Immaterialgüterrecht", Heft 89). In 2009 he joined our company as an associate. |
