Jürg Guggisberg has published and lectured on matters of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law. His main focus of practice is on advising clients on banking, commercial and corporate matters.
Jürg Guggisberg graduated from the University of Zurich 1975 and was admitted to the Bar in 1978. From 1977 to 1980, he was legal counsel of Schweizerische Hypotheken- und Handelsbank, Zurich. In 1981, he worked as a foreign associate with Sullivan & Cromwell, New York. He has been a partner of CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd since 1983.
