Dr Kaspar Landolt's work covers banking and finance (including financial regulations and rescue and restructuring), mergers and acquisitions, corporate and contracts as well as intellectual property, for both Swiss and international corporate clients.
Kaspar Landolt graduated from the University of Zurich (1989, licentiate / 1992, doctorate) and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (1994, LL.M.). Before joining our company in 1994, he worked as associate with leading law firms in Detroit and Zurich and clerked at the district court of Meilen, Zurich. Since 2000 he is a partner with CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd.
Kaspar Landolt is an officially admitted representative of listed companies at the SIX Swiss Exchange and a board member of the IBA Banking Law Subcommittee Germany / Switzerland / Austria.
