Dr Max H. Albers is an expert on corporate and commercial law with a focus on international transactions and also advises corporate clients in connection with commercial disputes. Max H. Albers is a member of the CMS Corporate Practice Area Group and of the CMS Arbitration and Litigation Practice Area Group.
Max H. Albers graduated from the University of Zurich magna cum laude in 1979 and subsequently obtained his doctorate in 1981. He was admitted to the Swiss bar in 1981 and further holds an LL.M degree from the University of Michigan School of Law, Ann Arbor, MI (1982). Before joining CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd (1985), Max H. Albers worked for a large U.S. law firm (1983/4). He became a partner with CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd in 1991.
