Monique Luder’s core practice area is competition law. Other areas of interest are mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and capital markets law.
Monique Luder graduated magna cum laude (lic. iur., bilingual German/French, with a special diploma in European Law) from the University of Fribourg i.Ue. in 2002 and was admitted to the bar in 2005. She has completed postgraduate studies (LL.M. in International Business Law) at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She worked as a junior associate with Homburger AG in Zurich before joining CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd in 2005 as an associate.
