New lateral Partner joined CMS von Erlach Henrici, Switzerland
CMS von Erlach Henrici is pleased to announce the lateral hire of André E. Lebrecht. André will strengthen our practice area banking and finance.
André E. Lebrecht (Dr. iur., LL.M.) joined our firm starting 2008. He graduated from the University of St.Gallen (lic. iur. and Dr. iur.) and the University of Miami (LL.M.). He is admitted to the bar in Switzerland (Zürich) and New York. In his professional career, André served for four years as a clerk of court in Zurich, Switzerland two years thereof at the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the Canton of Zürich. As an attorney he worked for law firms in Miami and New York and for a commercial law firm in Zurich, 11 years thereof as a partner. The main focus of André is on legal issues in commercial matters, in particular transactions, regulatory work, litigation and arbitration, mainly but not exclusively for mutual funds, banks, insurance companies, asset managers and industrial companies.
