Oliver Blum's areas of specialty comprise mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and private equity, as well as litigation in these areas. He is chairman of the board of one of the largest Swiss convenience food producers and director in various other companies.
Oliver Blum graduated magna cum laude from the University of Zurich (Switzerland) in 1993 and was admitted to the bar in 1997. He pursued post-graduate studies at the Europe Institute of the University of Basel and at the Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, both of which he completed with a magna cum laude degree. Mr Blum joined CMS von Erlach Klainguti Stettler Wille in 1995 and in 2002 became a partner with today’s CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd. |
