Regula Aeschlimann Wirz spezialises in employment and social security law.
After completing her studies in history (lic.phil. I), Regula Aeschlimann spent several years working in the area of social insurance, in particular in occupational benefits under the Occupational Benefits Act (BVG). In 1998 she obtained her diploma as a specialist in social security benefits.
Regula Aeschlimann graduated magna cum laude in Law from the University of Zurich in 2006. Having completed her 12 month-training at the District Court in Uster, she joined CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd as a junior associate. 2010 she was admitted to the bar and returned to our company as an associate. |
