Seraina Denoth's practice focuses on Swiss and European competition and antitrust law, in particular on administrative and civil antitrust litigation as well as merger control law. Other areas of work include contract and corporate law as well as litigation.
Seraina Denoth graduated magna cum laude from the University of Fribourg in 2001. In 2003 she worked for the Swiss Competition Commission as a trainee and was admitted to the Zurich and Swiss bar in 2004. After three years of working experience with Homburger AG as an associate focusing on competition law, Seraina Denoth compeleted in 2009 her postgraduate studies (LL.M.) at Columbia University (NY). She then worked as a Research Student at Columbia University on her doctoral thesis. In 2011 she joined CMS von Erlach Henrici AG.
