Seraina Tsering's practice focuses on banking, finance and capital markets law. Her areas of expertise also include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions as well as dispute resolution.
Seraina Tsering studied law at the Universities of St. Gallen and Geneva and graduated in 2007. She joined CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd in 2007 as an attorney trainee. From 2008 to 2009 she worked as a law clerk at the District Court of Uster.
In 2010 Seraina Tsering was admitted to the bar and rejoined our company as an associate in the same year.
