Dr Simon Gabriel is a member of the dispute resolution team of CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd. He specializes in international arbitration and has participated in numerous arbitration proceedings as sole arbitrator, counsel and administrative secretary (Swiss Rules, ICC Rules, DIS Rules, SCC Rules and ad hoc). Simon Gabriel also acts as counsel for parties in state court litigations.
Simon Gabriel studied law at the Universities of Berne (Switzerland) and British Columbia, Vancouver (Canada) and graduated from University of Berne in 2002. He was admitted to the bar in 2004 and submitted his doctoral thesis at the University of Lucerne in 2007 (promotion and publication in 2008).
