The World Law Group (WLG) has just released the first edition of WLG Merger Control Basics 2010, providing "at a glance" information on merger control rules in 53 jurisdictions worldwide. CMS von Erlach Henrici Antitrust partners Alain Raemy and Patrick Sommer assisted in preparing the Swiss entry.

WLG Merger Control Basics 2010 provides information on two of the most important questions related to merger control:
“Thresholds” summarizes requirements to notify a national competition authority.
